Battery production in Germany is still on the table, but Tesla is focusing on their plant in Austin, Texas because of potential tax incentives.

 

This news may be disappointing to some, but it's important to remember that Tesla is still committed to producing batteries in Germany - just not on the same scale as initially planned.

The first Volta Zero has been completed! This landmark vehicle is the first of a series of second-generation 'Production Verification' prototypes and will form part of a Pilot Fleet of trucks.

 

These will be loaned to customers for extended periods in late 2022 and early 2023 to allow fleet operators to understand how the first purpose-built full-electric medium duty commercial vehicle will integrate into their operations.

 

The start of series production of customer specification vehicles is on track to start in early 2023.

Global Battery Metals Ltd. has announced that it has exercised its first option with respect to the North-West Leinster Lithium Property in Ireland.

 

This is a major step forward for the company, and it continues to have the right to exercise two further options to acquire up to a further 37.5% interest and 35% interest in the project, respectively.

 

In addition, 2,300,000 stock options have been granted to directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the company. This is great news for the company and its shareholders!
