Doug Johnson-Poensgen
CEO, Founder
Doug founded Circulor and has led its growth from the initial idea to its current position as a trusted partner of some of the largest manufacturing brands globally. His vision for traceability has led the creation of a new industry.
Doug has 30 years international experience in progressively more senior roles in sectors including Technology, IT Services, Financial Services and Consultancy. His leadership experience span sroles in large corporates (Barclays, BT, Serco, AIMIA), scale-ups and start-ups.
Bob Parker
Chief Financial Officer
Bob has 30 years of considerable financial and management experience, having held a series of senior finance roles at a range of leading technology companies. He joins Circulor from DefinedCrowd Corp., a leading AI training data company, and prior to this was CFO at cybersecurity firm SentinelOne between 2017 and 2020. During his time at SentinelOne, the company expanded significantly through multiple successful fundraisings, culminating in a listing on NYSE in June 2021, with a valuation of US$8.9bn.
Bob is also an Advisor at Firmbase, a VC-backed, enterprise SaaS fintech startup, and a Board Member and Investor in a stealth security start-up.
Coenraad van Deventer
Chief Technology Officer
Coenraad has over 20 years experience in building and delivering software products in a variety of industries including HR, Finance, Insurance, Utilities (Water Billing) and Defence.
His experience includes working on Oracle E-Business and APEX projects, configuration of Cloud environments in Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and the implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines for Oracle projects using TeamCity and Microsoft TFS.
Magda Rychlewska
VP Partnerships & Chief of Staff
Magda develops and leads relationships with Go-To-Market partners, including strategic alliance partners. She is responsible for partner acquisition, partner enablement and strategic pursuits with partners.
As Chief of Staff, she is responsible for closing the gap between strategic objectives and action.
She has a legal background and has over 15 years of experience in business management, private equity and insurance.
Yue Jin Tay
VP Product & VP APAC
Yue Jin has worked internationally in extensive global commercial and management consulting roles for over 20 years.
He co-founded Procserve, an eCommerce business and advises innovative businesses scaling-up for growth.
He has worked with a variety of large corporates (Sony, Shell, PA Consulting, UK Public Sector) and technology businesses (Compaq, 3Com), including B2B networks and Blockchain technology.
Ellen Carey
Chief External Affairs Officer
Ellen has dedicated her career to advocating for clean technologies—running successful campaigns for technologies such as electric vehicles and renewable energy that shape market dynamics and create new business opportunity.
She has held senior positions at Samsung, Audi of America, and the American Wind Energy Association, working internationally across policy, communications, and corporate development.
Fearghal Kearney
VP of Sales
Fearghal has extensive experience in inspiring business executives to leverage blockchain, machine learning and AI technologies in their supply and value chains to promote sustainability and transparency and helping companies verify responsible sourcing and address ESG objectives.
Fearghal is an accomplished senior finance and commercial professional with over 25 years of experience in advising and managing businesses across several industries focusing on providing visibility into financial, procurement and supply chain processes.
Paul Turley
Chief Software Architect
Paul is an experienced, hands-on software architect involved in the architecture, design, and implementation of large enterprise applications. He has over 25 years of experience in various industries including finance, manufacturing and cyber security, as well as work for both the British Armed Forces and Royal Air Force.
He has a keen interest in emerging technologies, including blockchain and the need for enterprise systems to provide customers better insight into their data to help them meet traceability and sustainability objectives.
Luise Müller‑Hofstede
Business Development Director
Luise is a senior business expert with 12+ years of experience in Business Development and Digital Communication in managerial positions. Her focus lies in supporting the German and European automotive industries in their responsible sourcing agendas and climate neutrality objectives.
Luise has in-depth knowledge of the electric vehicle battery market, with a broad network spanning end-to-end supply chains. Her expertise lies within business opportunities associated with the drive towards sustainable and ethically sourced primary and secondary battery materials.
